Director of Business Development

Requirements: The Director of Business Development is responsible for the on-going development and performance for marketing, public relations, physician recruitment and on-site leasing of professional office space. The Director will continue to develop the hospital brand, build relationships with physicians, hospital staff and community. Must have a Bachelor’s Business Management with related knowledge of marketing and public relations. Prefer Master’s degree in related field. Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and analytical skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written) with listening and articulation skills. Graphic design knowledge a plus. Hands on experience in social media/blogs, MS Office; Word, Excel. Healthcare industry knowledge a plus.

Director of Patient Access

Requirements: B.S. preferred, clinical and utilization background preferred.  3-5 years exp. in healthcare access management and/or revenue cycle management.  Knowledge of governmental and hospital policies related to patient access and registration.  Strong analytical skills.  Develops, recommends, monitors and manages operating budgets.  Candidate will oversee patient registration services, scheduling support, and reimbursement related functions at the customer point of access. Serves as a liaison for patients with regards to departments, physicians and insurance carriers to resolve escalated registration issues.  Able to lead, direct, and motivate others.   

Maintenance Technician-Evening

Requirements: Install, maintain and repair equipment and systems in the facility. High School Diploma, working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Capable of lifting 50 lbs, extensive walking, climbing ladders and stairs. 4 years experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.

Secretary

Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly          188-13
Weekends: No
Requirements: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree in Secretarial Science preferred. General secretarial duties in fast paced environment. Exceptional customer service and general office experience desired.

Specialty Biller
Department: Patient Financial Services
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly          173-13
Weekends: No
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledge of Meditech preferred. Submits to payers accurately and in a timely manner. Resolves billing issues with payers. Comply with utilize local and governmental policies and procedures for both Pharmacy/PFS. Work independently, excellent filing, sorting skills, team oriented, and able to prioritize.

Security Officer

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.  NYS Security license required. 2+ years of experience preferred. Valid NYS Drivers license required.

Lab Supervisor

Requirements: Must have at least six complete years as a licensed Medical Technologist to meet NYS Department of Health requirements for a Laboratory Supervisor. Experience in chemistry and hematology desired.

Patient Care Department Secretary
Department: Clifton Springs Family Medicine-Newark Office

Weekends:
Requirements: Excellent organizational/customer service skills. Knowledge of a variety of office procedures including billing and insurance verification. All scripts EMR experience helpful but will train. Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively. Must be a team player.

Requirements: Requirements: High school diploma required. Strong computer and customer service skills, able to multitask and maintain stability in an active office. Medical terminology preferred.

Housekeeping Aide
Department: Environmental Services

Requirements: Requires ability to work on feet all day, bend and reach continuously, handle heavy and medium equipment, materials and supplies. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Must be able to work exposed to refuse, dirt, dust, detergents, disinfectants, bodily waste, contaminants and odors. Previous healthcare cleaning experience preferred.

Security Officer

Requirements: General Office experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to faxing, answering phones, Health Insurance pre-certifications and authorizations, status changes and discharges, arrange transportation. Experience with PRI/screen desired.
