If you, a family member or someone you know needs Health Insurance, we may be able to help. Fidelis Care representatives are available to meet with you, by appointment, at our Main Campus and at our PalMac Medical Center. They can answer all your questions and help you apply for coverage through New York State's Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care programs. As New York State Facilitated Enrollers, they can even help you enroll in the health plan of your choice - Fidelis Care, Excellus or Univera. Macedon Behavioral Health programs to move June 1 Individuals currently receiving behavioral health services in Macedon will be asked to transition to Clifton Springs or Canandaigua locations by June 1.
